Class 5A No. 10 Liberty High downed Linn-Mar 55-38 on Friday in a Mississippi Valley Conference contest in North Liberty.

Natalie Ramsey had 13 points, nine rebounds and five assists and Brynlie Walker added 10 points for the Lightning.

Liberty High improved to 5-3 on the season with the win while Linn-Mar dropped to 1-8 with the loss.

Olivya Johnson had eight points and Morgan Bennett had seven points for Liberty High while Natalie Schechinger added even points, five rebounds and four steals.
