Girls Basketball Roundup: Regina Falls to Tipton in RVC South Showdown

Addie McLaughlin poured in a career-high 41 points but it wasn’t enough as Class 2A No. 12 Regina fell to 3A No. 11 Tipton in a River Valley Conference South Division showdown in Tipton.
Regina dropped to 7-2 and 2-1 in RVC South Division play with the loss while Tipton improved to 7-1 and 3-0 in RVC play.
McLaughlin made five 3-pointers and finished 15-of-28 from the field in her 41-point outburst adding six rebounds and four steals.
Jada Wiltz had five points and four rebounds and Mel Kirk had three points for Regina.
Adalee Klein had five rebounds and two assists for Regina.
