Regina Quarterback Tracy Commits to St. John’s University

One of the top quarterbacks in the state has settled on a football future.
Regina senior Kyle Tracy announced his commitment to St. John’s University with a post on social media on Sunday.
“I am committed to continue my academic and athletic career at Saint John’s University,” Tracy wrote on a post on X. “Go Johnnies.”
Tracy was among the most productive quarterbacks in the state this season while leading Regina to an 12-1 record and a Class 1A state runner-up finish.
The 5-foot-11, 185-pound Tracy earned first-team all-state honors from the Iowa Football Coaches Association after accounting for nearly 2,933 total yards and 37 total touchdowns.
Tracy completed 73 percent of his passes (124-of-169) this season while throwing for 2,317 yards and 35 touchdowns with just five interceptions.
He also rushed for 616 yards and 12 touchdowns as a senior.
Over the past two seasons Tracy went 21-3 as the starting quarterback for the Regals passing for 4,218 yards and 54 touchdowns with 13 touchdowns.
Tracy rushed for 1,367 and 20 touchdowns over the past two seasons.
St. John’s went 10-2 this season and advanced to the third round of the NCAA Division III playoffs.
