Class 5A top-ranked Liberty High swept Linn-Mar 25-8, 25-12, 25-13 in a Mississippi Valley Conference Mississippi Division contest in North Liberty on Tuesday.

Liberty High improved to 10-3 on the season and 3-0 in MVC play with the win while Linn-Mar dropped to 2-7 on the season and 1-2 in conference contests.

Cassidy Hartman had a team-high nine kills to lead Liberty High while Shelby Kimm added eight kills and Lilah VanScoyoc and Asta Hildebrand each had five.

Sam Harvey added four kills and two blocks and Lauren Ramspott and Sydney Stratton each had three kills.

Kimm had a team-leading three ace serves and 15 digs while Gabbie Schroeder had 17 digs and Hartman added 10.

Mariah Rollins had 22 assists while Hildebrand had 12.
