Regina Junior Wallace Named RVC South Division Player of the Year

Regina rolled through the River Valley Conference schedule unbeaten on its way to the claiming the South Division title for the second year in a row.
On Tuesday the Regals were recognized for their impressive regular season run.
Regina had five players named to the River Valley Conference South Division all-division team on Tuesday when the league released its postseason honors.
Junior Tate Wallace headlined the all-division picks for Regina earning South Division co-player of the year honors.
Sophomore Ben Wade earned first-team all-South Division honors while junior Will Litton and senior Drew Greve were each named to the South Division second team.
Junior Miles Nuzback was a South Division honorable mention selection for Regina.
Wallace was a unanimous first-team selection after leading Regina in scoring at 17.4 points per game while shooting 66 percent from the field.
The 6-foot-2 Wallace also averaged 6.2 rebounds, 1.9 assists and 1.2 steals per game while sharing player of the year honors with Wilton junior Bryer Putman.
Wade earned first-team honors for the first time after averaging 11.3 points per game on 57 percent shooting while leading the Regals in both rebounds (6.8) and blocked shots (1.1) per game.
Litton earned second-team all-division honors after averaging 12.6 points, 6.2 rebounds and 2.7 assists per game while shooting 53 percent from the floor.
Greve was also a second-team all-South Division selection while averaging 6.2 points and 2.8 rebounds per game while leading the Regals with 4.9 assists per game.
West Branch had three players named to the South Division team led by senior point guard Jayden who was a first-team selection.
Harris led West Branch in scoring at 16.8 points per game while shooting 48 percent from the floor.
Harris also averaged 3.1 rebounds, 1.8 assists and a team-high 2.2 steals per game.
Senior guard Brandon Pedersen was named to the RVC South Division second team after averaging 10.5 points, 3.4 rebounds, 2 steals and 1.2 assists per game.
Senior Brennan Dale earned South Division honorable mention honors for the Bears.
