Linn-Mar defeated Liberty High 45-29 in a Mississippi Valley Conference dual on Thursday in Marion.

Ella McGonegle, Evalynn Karam, Kaitlyn Raue, Callum Wu, Peyten Van Dyke and Nicole Rios all earned win for Liberty High on Thursday.

McGonegle won a 7-0 decision over Brooke Walrath at 100 pounds and Karam pinned Adriana Garcia in 1:06 at 110 pounds.

Raue won a 5-0 decision over Lily Carlson at 125 pounds and Wu posted a second-period pin of Katelyn Billings in 2:27 at 145 pounds.

Van Dyke won a 17-0 tech fall over Jeffimare Valsin at 155 pounds and Rios won by forfeit at 235 pounds.
