Clear Creek Amana had a six-game conference winning streak snapped on Thursday with a 72-69 loss at Benton Community in a WAMAC West Division contest in Van Horne.

The Clippers dropped to 8-5 on the season and 6-3 in WAMAC contests while Benton Community improved to 6-5.

Beckett Boeset led Clear Creek Amana with 19 points and four assists and Myles Howell added 14 points for the Clippers.

Carson Meskimen had 12 points, Alex DuBay had 12 points and 14 rebounds and Noah Evans had nine points and six assists.
