City High bounced back from its first loss of the season last week at Liberty High with a 60-21 win over Dubuque Senior on Tuesday in a Mississippi Valley Conference cross-divisional contest in Iowa City.

Class 5A third-ranked City High had three players in double figures led by Kaitlin Loria with 13 points while improving to 6-1 on the season.

Tessa Driscoll had 12 points and Thisbe Lewis added 11 for City High.

Hattie Galloway had eight points, Eve Vitense had six and Halle Larew had five for City High.

Dubuque Senior (3-3) was led by Melanie Pfab with six points while Liz Nielsen and Janina Williams each had four.
