Regina Offense Continues Rolling in Second-Round Rout Of Cascade

A week after scoring a season-high 69 points against Northeast in an opening round win Regina kept its offense in high gear on Friday.
Third-ranked Regina raced to a 40-7 halftime lead and rolled to a 52-13 win over River Valley Conference rival Cascade in a Class 1A second-round contest at Regal Field in Iowa City.

Regina (10-0) will host sixth-ranked Pleasantville (9-1) in a 1A quarterfinal on Friday at 7 p.m.
Pleasantville defeated Hudson 33-20 on Friday.
Senior quarterback Kyle Tracy passed for 181 yards and fourth touchdowns and rushed for 121 yards and two more scores as Regina rolled up a season-high 526 yards of total offense.
Savion Miller rushed for 154 yards and a touchdown on 14 carries and three different Regals caught touchdown passes.
Tate Wallace had three receptions for 46 yards and two touchdowns and Drew Greve and Kaleb Moeller each caught touchdown passes in the win.
Carter Slager had three receptions for 43 yards and Gabe Hegelheimer had two catches for 54 yards.
Aaron Honore rushed for 38 yards and a touchdown for the Regals.
Wallace had a sack and Will Litton had two tackles for loss to lead the Regina defensive effort.
Edwin Gangba had a team-high 5.5 tackles and Trey Streb and Zachary Poe each had interceptions for Regina.
