Class 2A second-ranked Regina scored 30 points in the first quarter and cruised to a 72-37 win over West Branch on Friday in a River Valley Conference South Division contest in West Branch
Regina improved to 16-1 on the season with its seventh consecutive win and moved to 10-0 in RVC South Division play.
West Branch dropped to 3-14 on the season and 0-9 in RVC South Division games.
Morgan Miller had 23 points, seven rebounds, seven assists and three steals to lead Regina.
Addie McLaughlin had 18 points, six assists and four rebounds and Caitlin Martin had 13 points, six rebounds, three assists and three steals.
Ella McLaughlin had eight points and seven assists and Adalee Klein had six points and six rebounds.
