City High fell to Class 5A seventh-ranked West Des Moines Valley 57-21 on Saturday in a non-conference contest in West Des Moines.

West Des Moines Valley improved to 11-6 on the season while City High dropped to 3-13 on the season with its sixth consecutive loss all to ranked opponents.

Tess Driscoll led City High with seven points while Augie Palmer and Lauren Koch each had six points for the Little Hawks.

Elise Jaeger led three West Des Moines Valley players in double figures with a game-high 16 points.

Brynne Katcher and Ana Spaine each had 10 points for the Tigers.
