Clear Creek Amana senior Haidyn Barker won the individual title to help the Clippers to a runner-up team finish at the Eastern Iowa Classic on Thursday at Seminole Valley Cross Country course in Cedar Rapids.

Barker led a trio of Clippers in the top 10 as Clear Creek Amana finished runner-up to team champion Linn-Mar with 72 points.

West High was third with 86 points followed by Center Point-Urbana with 109 and Bettendorf with 131.

Regina was eighth with 178 points.

Barker won the individual title in a time of 19:01.86, finishing nearly 10 seconds in front of runner-up Kylie Dailey of Davenport West.

Kira Barker finished seventh in 20:02.96 and Kiera Rogers was eighth in 20:03.02 as Clear Creek Amana had three runners in the top 10 and four in the top 25.

Sara Kinzenbaw added a 21^st place finish for the Clippers in a time of 20:37.62.

Cindy Wang placed 12^th to lead West High as the Trojans had each of their five point scorers in the top 25.

Wang finished in a time of 20:07.94 while Gabby Moniza was 16^th in 20:24.14 and Erinn Varga finished 17^th in 20:24.97.

Kate Van Waning placed 20^th in 20:32.81 while Minou Emmad was right behind in 22^nd place in a time of 20:38.16.

Regina was led by senior Mya Whitaker who placed ninth in a time of 20:06.17.

Ruby Greving finished 29^th for the Regals in 21:10.67 and Ruby Eastman was 30^th in 21:11.3.
