Clear Creek Amana and Regina each held their spots in the most recent softball rankings released by the Iowa Girls High School Athletic Union on Thursday.

Regina remained sixth in the Class 2A rankings while Clear Creek Amana held its spot at third in the Class 4A rankings.

The Clippers trail top-ranked ADM and second-ranked Winterset in Class 4A while Regina is just outside the Class 2A top five of top-ranked Central Springs, North Union, Interstate 35, Wilton and Logan-Magnolia.

Liberty High dropped two spots to No. 12 in the Class 5A rankings.

Other top-ranked teams this week include Waukee Northwest in Class 5A, Mount Vernon in Class 3A and North Linn in Class 1A.
