Clear Creek Amana erased an early deficit and dominated the second half on its way to a 4-1 win over Marion in a WAMAC Conference match in Tiffin.
The Clippers improved to 2-0 and 2-0 in WAMAC play with the win while Marion dropped to 1-1.
Marion took an early lead when senior Gabby Foster scored off a free kick but Clear Creek Amana pulled even before the half on a goal by Lauren Riggle.
Clear Creek Amana wasted little time gaining control in the second half as Halle Bormann, Riggle and Ellen Austin all scored second-half goals to put the match away.
The Clippers finished with a 17-5 advantage in shots including a 9-3 edge in shots on goal.
Peyton Grafft, Eva Plathe and Maddie Shade combined to limit Marion standout Grace Coates to just two shots on goal.
Clear Creek Amana will host Benton Community (2-0) on Tuesday and Vinton-Shellsburg (2-0) on Friday.
