Volleyball Roundup: West High, City High Win Regular Season Finales

West High had its final regular season tune up on Tuesday in Waterloo and the Trojans will now enter the Mississippi Valley Conference tournament this weekend running smoothly.
Class 5A eighth-ranked West High swept Waterloo West 25-12, 25-22, 25-8 in its MVC regular season finale on Tuesday.
Colby Greene had a team-high 13 kills while Cailyn Morgan had 12 kills, three aces and a team-high nine digs as West High improved to 20-12 on the season and finished 2-4 in MVC Mississippi Division play.
Maddie Laffey added 10 kills for West High while Ryle Fay had 20 assists and three ace serves.
Katie Severt added 14 assists and Keimoney Lang had eight digs.

City High Sweeps Dubuque Senior on Senior Night
It was a happy senior night for City High on Tuesday.
Mackenzie Murphy had 10 kills and Kelsey Law had six as City High swept Dubuque Senior 25-19, 25-8, 25-22 in a Mississippi Valley Conference match on senior night at City High.
Lindsey Bolton had 25 assists while Brooke Bormann had a team-high 11 digs and Ellie Evans added nine digs.
City High improved to 12-14 on the season and finished 3-3 in MVC Valley Division play.
Clear Creek Amana Goes 0-3 at WAMAC Pool Play
Clear Creek Amana went 0-3 in WAMAC Conference tournament pool play on Tuesday in Tama.
The Clippers fell to Williamsburg (21-14, 19-21, 8-15), Solon (22-20, 18-21, 8-15) and Mount Vernon (21-15, 21-15) in pool 1 play.
Shauntina Williams led Clear Creek Amana with 10 kills in the loss to Williamsburg while Hailey Pollock had five kills and Lauren Riggle had four kills and a team-high 13 digs.
Zoe Boehme had 18 assists, Cheyaenne Bunch had eight assists and Jordan Neely had 10 digs.
Against Solon Williams had a team-high eight kills while Claire Schwarting and Karsyn Startton each added four kills.
Boehme had 14 assists and Bunch had 10 assists in the loss to the Spartans while Riggle led CCA with 15 digs, Neely had 12 and Carsyn Gallagher added 10 digs.
Williams had five kills and Stratton had three in the loss to Mount Vernon.
Boehme and Bunch each had five assists and Neely had 10 digs.
