Girls Basketball Roundup: Williamsburg Pulls Away From West Branch in Second Half

West Branch let a two-point halftime lead slip away in a 46-32 loss to Williamsburg on Monday in a non-conference contest in West Branch.
The Bears led 23-21 at the half but were outscored 18-2 in the third quarter as Williamsburg improved to 2-4 on the season with its second consecutive win.
West Branch dropped to 0-4 on the season.
Kylie Pickett led West Branch with 10 points, four rebounds and four steals while Avery Schultes added eight points and three rebounds for the Bears.
Sadie Smith had five points three rebounds and two assists and Kya Montgomery had four points.
Olivia Naber had three points and a team-high five rebounds.
