Adam Bock
Solon graduate and current South Dakota State junior linebacker Adam Bock had a team-high seven tackles to help the Jackrabbits rally for a 23-21 over top-ranked North Dakota State in a meeting of the top two ranked teams in the Football Championship Subdivision on Saturday.
The win was the sixth straight for South Dakota State after a season-opening loss at Iowa.
On the season Bock has made a team-high 57 tackles including 4.5 for loss and three sacks he has also forced a fumble and recovered a fumble.
Cam Miller
Solon graduate and current North Dakota State junior quarterback Cam Miller accounted for three touchdowns and nearly 250 yards of total offense in a 23-21 loss to South Dakota State in a matchup of the top two ranked teams in the Football Championship Subdivision.
Miller completed 17-of-22 passes for 227 yards and two touchdowns and also rushed for 19 yards and a touchdown.
On the season Miller is completing 71 percent of his passes for 1,033 yards and eight touchdowns and has rushed for 102 yards and three touchdown while helping the Bison to a 5-2 record.
Jack Kinzer
Liberty High graduate Jack Kinzer helped third-ranked Wartburg to a third-place finish at the Augustana Interregional Invite on Saturday in Rock Island Illinois.
A sophomore for the Knights, Kinzer placed 45th overall in a time of 24:42.4 as Wartburg placed third with 84 points at the 27-team meet behind champion Pomona Pitzer and North Central College.
