The City High boys golf team shot a 396 on Monday to finish seventh at the second Mississippi Valley Conference Mississippi Divisional at Pleasant Valley Golf Course in Iowa City.

Cedar Rapids Washington won the team title on Monday with a 319 to secure the overall Mississippi Division title with a three-round score of 951.

The overall title includes scores from the MVC supermeet as well as two divisional meet.

Cedar Rapids Washington finished 12 strokes in front of Cedar Falls for the overall title while Dubuque Senior was third with a 972.

City High finished seventh with a three-round score of 1,168.

Cedar Rapids Washington’s Connor Neighbors and Alex Slattery tied for the overall title with three-round scores of 226.

The Warriors Frank Lindwall shot a 73 to earn medalist honors at Monday’s second divisional meet.

Neighbors and Slattery shared Mississippi Division player of the year honors while Cedar Rapids Washington coach Denny Goettle earned divisional coach of the year honors.

Campbell Johnson shot a 90 on Monday to lead City High while Jake Marker shot a 100, Winston Lui shot a 101 and Alex Kooker carded a 105.
