Girls Basketball Roundup: No. 10 Regina Downs West Liberty in RVC South Division Contest

Class 2A No. 10 Regina overcame a slow start to down West Liberty 61-24 in a River Valley Conference South Division contest in West Liberty.
Regina improved to 16-4 on the season and 11-2 in RVC South Division play while West Liberty dropped to 5-17 and 2-12 in RVC South play.
Regina trailed 13-6 after the opening quarter but outscored the Comets 17-4 in the second to take a 23-17 halftime lead.
Addie McLaughlin led Regina with 20 points, eight assists, six steals and five rebounds.
Adalee Klein had 15 points and eight rebounds and Jada Wiltz had seven points and seven rebounds for the Regals.
Nora Wade had eight points and three rebounds and Ella Keune had six points, seven rebounds, four steals and three blocked shots.
