Beckett Boeset and Clear Creek Amana stayed red-hot on Friday.
Boeset posted a career-high in scoring for the second consecutive game on Friday, pouring in 38 points to lead Clear Creek Amana to a 74-54 win over Vinton-Shellsburg in a WAMAC West Division contest in Vinton.
The win was the fourth in a row for Clear Creek Amana and improved the Clippers to 12-5 on the season while Vinton-Shellsburg dropped to 8-8.
Boeset had 37 points and nine rebounds in an 18-point win over Williamsburg on Tuesday and capped an incredible week with a 38-point, six-rebound, four-assist effort in the win over the Vikings on Friday.
Myles Howell had a double-double with 16 points and 13 rebounds and Avery Sorensen added six points for the Clippers.
Alex DuBay had two points and nine rebounds for Clear Creek Amana.
