Girls Basketball Roundup: Regina Opens Season With Road Win at No. 15 Cascade

Regina got off to a strong start on Tuesday opening the season with a road win over a ranked opponent.
Class 2A No. 12 Regina built an 11-point halftime lead and held on for a 47-44 win over 2A No. 15 Cascade in a River Valley Conference cross divisional matchup in Cascade.
Addie McLaughlin and freshman Jada Wiltz each had 17 points to lead Regina as the Regals opened the season with a win.
McLaughlin had four assists, three rebounds and three steals to go with her 17 points and Wiltz had four rebounds and three steals for the Regals.
Adalee Klein had six points, 10 rebounds and blocked two shots for Regina and Maggie Sueppel grabbed seven rebounds.
