Clear Creek Amana freshman Ali Seidl captured the first individual title of her career on Thursday to help Clear Creek Amana to a runner-up team finish at the Tony Proctor Burlington Invitational at the Burlington Regional Rec Plex.

Seidl won the individual title in a time of 19:58 as Clear Creek Amana finished one points behind team champion Van Buren.

Van Buren won the team title with 33 points followed by Clear Creek Amana with 34 and Keokuk with 63.

Seidl finished more than 20 seconds in front of runner-up Hannah Ritter of West Burlington/Notre Dame and led three Clippers that finished in the top-15.

Holley Schulte finished fifth in a time of 21:26 while Kadence Whitmer placed 11^th in 22:20.
