Naeve Leads No. 10 Regina Past Tipton in Four-Set Thriller

Reese Naeve hammered 35 kills to lift Class 2A No. 10 Regina to a 28-26, 27-25, 15-25, 26-24 win over Tipton on Tuesday in a River Valley Conference South Division match in Tipton.
Regina improved to 12-9 on the season and 3-1 in RVC South Division play while Tipton dropped to 12-3 and 2-2 in RVC action.
With the win on Tuesday Regina remains a game back of RVC South Division leader Mid-Prairie (4-0) and is tied with West Liberty (3-1) in the RVC standings.
Naeve added 22 digs and a block in the four-set win on Tuesday while teammate Addison Bollier had a team-high 38 digs.
Adalee Klein had seven kills and five blocks for Regina and Ella Keune added four kills.
Junior setter Nora Wilhelm had 46 assists and three kills for Regina.
