Liberty High and West High each shot a 311 to tie for seventh place at the Mississippi Valley Conference Super Meet on Thursday at South Hills Golf Course in Waterloo.

Cedar Rapids Xavier fired a 289 to finish first at the 15-team meet while Cedar Rapids Prairie was three stokes back of the Saints with a 292.

Linn-Mar (296), Cedar Falls (297) and Dubuque Wahlert (298) all shot under 300 at the opening MVC event of the season.

City High finished 10^th with a 316.

Joel Bilskemper and Regan Kopecky each shot three-over-par 75 to lead Liberty High while Brooks Andersen shot a 78 for the Lightning.

West High was led by Isaac Wendt with a 76 while Maddox Smith and Pierce Hribar each shot 78 and Jack MacLagan shot a 79 for the Trojans.

City High senior Jack Rogers shot a two-over-par 74 to finish 15^th overall and Will Feagler added a 78 for the Little Hawks.
