Solon pushed its winning streak to four with a 62-58 win over Vinton-Shellsburg on Tuesday in a WAMAC Conference cross-divisional contest in Vinton.

Solon improved to 14-5 with the win while Vinton-Shellsburg dropped to 9-12 on the season with its fourth consecutive loss.

Solon seniors Caleb Bock, Isaiah Zoske and Nolan Seagren combined to score 55 of the Spartans’ 62 points in the win.

Bock led all scorers with 22 points Zoske added 18 and Seagren had 15 points for the Spartans.

Vinton-Shellsburg got 19 points from Kade Sutton and Jacoby Johnson had 17 for the Vikings.
