Clear Creek Amana Senior All-stater Phan Commits to Wabash Valley College

Clear Creek Amana two-way standout Kaden Phan has announced plans for his baseball future.
An all-state outfielder/pitcher for the Clippers Phan announced his commitment to Wabash Valley College with a post on social media this week.
“Committed,” Phan wrote on X. “Thanks to all family, teammates and coaches.”
Phan is coming off a breakout junior season in which he was a unanimous WAMAC West Division first team pick and earned Class 3A second-team all-state honors by the Iowa High School Baseball Coaches Association.
Last season as a junior Phan hit .376 with 25 extra-base hits, six home runs 44 RBI while posting a .482 on-base and .701 slugging percentage.
Phan also went 5-1 with a 1.99 ERA and .98 WHIP with 51 strikeouts in a team-high 38 2/3 innings.
A career .361 hitter, Phan has led the Clippers in RBI each of the past two seasons, driving in 80 runs over that span.
