City High stopped a two-game losing skid with a 66-30 win over Dubuque Hempstead on Tuesday in a Mississippi Valley Conference Valley Division matchup in Iowa City.

The Little Hawks improved to 5-12 on the season with the win while Dubuque Hempstead dropped to 4-14 with its sixth consecutive loss.

Kaitlin Loria led three City High players in double figures with a game-high 18 points.

Tessa Driscoll had 17 points and Emmy McComas had 12 points for City High and Hattie Galloway added nine points for the Little Hawks.

Mara Hinz and Camdyn Kay each had nine points for Dubuque Hempstead.
