Solon remained unbeaten on the season with a 62-56 win over Marion on Friday in a WAMAC East Division matchup in Solon.

The Spartans improved to 4-0 on the season while Marion dropped to 3-3.

Jake Benzing and Gehrig Turner each had 21 points to lead Solon while Vince Steinbrech added eight points.

Austin Knight and Rylen Stiegelmeyer each had five points.

Tyler Farber had 15 points and Kylar Whitman had 10 points for Marion.
