Second-ranked Ankeny Centennial swept West High 25-14, 25-15, 25-7 in the Class 5A, Region 2 semifinals on Thursday in Ankeny.

Ankeny Centennial improved to 29-6 with the win and advanced to take on No. 15 Council Bluffs Abraham Lincoln (22-19) in the Region 2 title game on Tuesday at 7 p.m.

West High closed the season 9-25.

Delaney Miller led Ankeny Centennial with 11 kills while Jaeden Pratt had nine kills for the Jaguars.

Gabby Mixdorf had six kills and Ava Kronenberg had five kills for Ankeny Centennial.
