West Branch had its season come to an end on Monday with a 25-16, 26-19, 25-21 loss to eighth-ranked Sumner-Fredericksburg in a Class 2A, Region 6 semifinal in Sumner.

Sumner-Fredericksburg improved to 29-10 on the season with the win and advanced to the Region 6 title game where it will face sixth-ranked Lisbon (38-2) on Wednesday at Center Point-Urbana.

Lisbon advanced to the title game with a 25-21, 25-20, 25-15 win over Hudson on Monday.

Senior Iva Senio had 11 kills and 10 digs to lead West Branch on Monday while JaLynn Falco added six kills.

Emily Coleman had five kills for the Bears while Alyse Klinkkammer and Ava Finley each had 10 digs.

Isabelle Elliott had a match-high 20 kills and two blocks to pace Sumner-Fredericksburg while Morgan Block had seven kills and Payten Seehase added six kills.
