Clear Creek Amana is seventh in the latest Class 3A rankings released by the Iowa High School Baseball Coaches Association on Monday.

The Clippers are 13-4 on the season after splitting a doubleheader with Class 2A fifth-ranked Dyersville Beckman on Monday.

Clear Creek Amana trails top-ranked Grinnell, Davenport Assumption, Cedar Rapids Xavier; Dubuque Wahlert; Western Dubuque and Council Bluffs Lewis Central in the Class 3A rankings.

City High (18-6) dropped three spots to sixth in the Class 4A rankings.

The Little Hawks trail top-ranked Johnston, Waukee, West Des Moines Dowling, Cedar Falls and Urbandale in Class 4A.

Other top-ranked teams are Van Meter in 2A and Remsen St. Mary’s in Class 1A.
