North Scott edged Class 4A No. 10 City High 4-3 in a non-conference contest at Mercer Park in Iowa City on Tuesday.

City High dropped to 27-13 with the loss while North Scott improved to 24-13.

Carter Seaton and Gable Mitchell each had two hits for the Little Hawks while Cade Obermueller had a hit, scored a run and drove in a run.

Seaton doubled and scored a run, Cedric Dunnwald doubled and drove in a run and Jacob Means had an RBI for City High.

Gavin Koch added a hit for the Little Hawks.
