Solon put three runners in the top 10 and rolled to the team title in the Class B race at the 40^th Ballard Cross Country Invitational on Monday afternoon at the Ballard Country Club.

Class 3A seventh-ranked Solon finished with 46 points to outdistance 2A No. 12 Roland-Story who was runner-up with 69. Atlantic was third with 84 followed by Creston with 108.

Senior Kiersten Conway placed third in a time of 20:51 to lead Solon while Emma Bock was seventh in 21:37.5 and freshman Gracie Federspiel was 10^th in 21:42.7.

Each of the top-five finishers for the Spartans placed in the top 15 as freshman Anna Quillin was 14^th and sophomore Mary Fiala was 15^th in 22:18.2
