Clear Creek Amana Puts Three on WAMAC West Division First Team

Last month Clear Creek Amana locked up the first WAMAC Conference title in program history.
On Tuesday the Clippers reaped the rewards of their WAMAC West Division title.
Clear Creek Amana had three players named to the WAMAC West Division first team on Tuesday when the conference announced its postseason awards.
Senior point guard Tyler Schrepfer and junior Christian Withrow were both unanimous first-team picks and were joined on the West Division first team by senior Nick O’Connor.
The three first-team selections were among five Clippers to earn all-WAMAC recognition joining juniors Mike Potter and TJ Bollers who were both honorable mention honorees.
Withrow earned first-team honors after leading Clear Creek Amana with 15.3 points per game.
The junior forward also averages 5.8 rebounds and 2.8 assists per game.
Schrepfer joined Withrow as a unanimous first-team selection after averaging 11.3 points and a team-leading 3.1 assists per game.
The 5-foot-11 Schrepfer led Clear Creek Amana with 54 3-pointers and shot 46 percent from beyond the 3-point arc.
O’Connor was also a first-team pick after averaging 11.4 points per game while shooting 42 percent from 3-point range.
Solon junior David Bluder highlighted a group of three Spartans to earn all-WAMAC recognition being named to the East Division second-team.
Bluder led Solon in scoring with 13.8 points per game and added 3.1 rebounds per game.
Juniors Ben Cusick and Carson Shive both earned honorable mention honors for the Spartans.
