Regina is entering the postseason on a roll.
The Regals closed the regular season with their seventh straight win on Tuesday, downing Tipton 73-35 in a River Valley Conference South Division tilt in Tipton.
Class 2A seventh-ranked Regina jumped to a 13-2 lead and never looked back while improving to 18-4 on the season and 16-2 in RVC play.
Greyson Dumont led four Regals in double figures with a career-high 19 as Regina built on its season-best winning streak.
Regina used a 20-4 run over the final five minutes of the second quarter to take a 43-18 halftime lead.
Mary Crompton had 18 points and Alex Wiese had 13 points and 10 rebounds for the Regals.
Kennedy Wallace added 12 points for Regina.
Amanda Smith had 12 points for Tipton which dropped to 6-14 on the season and 5-13 in RVC play.

West High Rolls Past Linn-Mar
West High stopped a four-game losing skid with a win at Dubuque Senior last Tuesday.
A week later the Women of Troy are on their way to building a winning streak.
Class 5A ninth-ranked West High outscored Linn-Mar 38-14 in the second and third quarters on its way to a 72-40 win on Tuesday in Iowa City.
Logan Cook scored a game-high 22 points to lead three players in double figures as West High improved to 13-7 on the season and 10-2 in Mississippi Valley Conference play with its second straight win.
Rachael Saunders had 14 points and Audrey Koch added 10 for the Women of Troy.
Lauren Zacharias and Emma Koch each had nine points in the win.
Megan Murphy led Linn-Mar (3-17, 3-9) with 12 points.

City High Secures Share of Valley Division Title
Top-ranked City High got a test from No. 13 Cedar Rapids Washington on Tuesday but stayed unbeaten with an 88-70 win over the Warriors in Cedar Rapids.
Ashley Joens scored 27 points and Aubrey added 24 as City High rallied from a 40-33 halftime deficit to improve to 20-0 on the season and 12-0 in MVC play.
The Little Hawks secured a share of the MVC Valley Division title with the win, its sixth straight conference title.
Rose Nkumu added 13 points for City High.
Cedar Rapids Washington dropped to 11-7 on the season and 7-5 in MVC Play with the loss.
