Solon snapped a three-game losing streak with a 46-35 win over Western Dubuque on Friday in a WAMAC East Division contest in Epworth.
Sterling McIlravy had a team-high 11 points as Solon improved to 7-4 on the season and 5-3 in WAMAC East Division games.
Freshman AJ Coons had 10 points while Ben Krutzfeldt and Luke Ira each had seven for the Spartans.
Western Dubuque dropped to 5-7 on the season and 2-5 in WAMAC West Division games.
