Welcome to Humpal Chiropractic and Associates
Humpal Chiropractic is a full-service wellness clinic with chiropractic, physical therapy, massage therapy, acupuncture, dry needling and geriatric fitness training in North Liberty, Iowa. We support the health of families, athletes, pediatrics, geriatrics, pregnancy, workers comp, and auto accident patients. Our goal is to provide patients with pain relief, restore range of motion, improve quality of life, gain a competitive advantage, and achieve personal goals and optimal health. At Humpal Chiropractic we provide manual spinal adjusting techniques, extremity manipulation, and specialty therapies. On-site digital x-ray equipment in our North Liberty office allows us to provide patients with the diagnostic exams they need, when they need them. Our diverse team of providers are equipped to provide each interested patient with postural and therapeutic exercises, as well as passive and active stretches specific to their condition to help decrease healing time and prevent re-injury.

My Path to Chiropractic
While playing football at the collegiate and professional levels, I sustained neck injuries that ended my football career. I always had an interest in healthcare, and thought chiropractic would be a great chance for me to help others. My goal is to prevent others from making the same mistake I did, which was only seeing a chiropractor when I was injured or in pain. Chiropractic healthcare as a whole has much more to offer than what many people realize. The reason I chose Palmer College is because it is the leader in chiropractic education. While at Palmer, I achieved academic excellence and Summa Cum Laude honors. I was fortunate to work with Dr. Marriott, who specializes in pediatric and child chiropractic, and Dr. Lopez, who specializes in musculoskeletal care and sport related injuries to youth and adults. I earned certification in Palmer Package manual adjusting, flexion-distraction technique for treating spine pain, and attended Motion Palpation Institute seminars to identify areas of the spine and extremities that are not functioning optimally.
