Class 2A eighth-ranked Regina downed 3A No. 13 West Liberty 23-25, 25-20, 25-14, 25-11 in a River Valley Conference South Division contest in West Liberty.

Regina improved to 10-4 and 2-0 in RVC South Division action while West Liberty dropped to 9-3 and 1-1 in RVC matches.

Lyla Chandler led Regina with 20 kills and four blocks while Lexi Gaffey added 11 kills for the Regals and Jada Wiltz had nine kills.

Addison Bollier had a team-high 33 digs for Regina while Gaffey had 24 digs and Wiltz had 23 digs.

Nora Wilhem had 37 assists and three ace serves and Gaffey added two ace serves.

Emmee Wiele had 11 kills and Lorelei Christensen and Madi Buysee each had six kills for the Comets.
