One of the top hitters in the state has found her future volleyball home.
City High junior Hattie Galloway announced her commitment to Milwaukee on Wednesday with a post on social media.
“I am super excited to announce my commitment to UW Milwaukee,” Galloway wrote on a post on Instagram. “Thank you to my family and all the Rockets coaches, especially, Jay, Denise and David for supporting me. And a big thank you to Coach Susie, Coach Lindsey and Coach Katie for believing in me.”
A three-year starter at City High, Galloway is coming off the best season of her career last fall as a junior.

In three prep seasons Galloway has amassed 588 kills and 196 blocks.
