Washington edged Clear Creek Amana 75-72 in a non-conference contest in Tiffin on Saturday.

Clear Creek Amana had a four-game winning streak snapped with the loss and dropped to 5-3 on the season while Washington improved to 7-2 with its third consecutive win.

Beckett Boeset had 21 points to lead Clear Creek Amana while Carson Meskimen added 19 points and five rebounds for the Clippers.

Myles Howell had 16 points and six rebounds for Clear Creek Amana.
