Sophia Olivo won an individual title in the 100 hurdles to highlight a strong performance for West High at its own Hollingsworth Relays on Saturday in Iowa City.

West High added four relay titles while finishing runner-up in the team standings with 116 points.

Cedar Rapids Prairie won the team title while Linn-Mar was third with 110 points and Bondurant-Farrar was fourth with 82.

Olivo won the 100 hurdles in a time of 15.85 to pace West High and also helped the Trojan shuttle hurdle relay team to a title in a time of 1:11.47.

West High added titles in the distance medley, 4×200 and 4×400 relays.

The Trojans had four individual runner-up finishes on Saturday.

Natalie Steva finished runner-up in the 100 in a time of 13.19 while freshman Savannah Mathias was runner-up in the 200 in 27.0.

Kate Van Waning finished runner-up in the 800 in 2:23.94 and Eva Willis was runner-up in the 400 hurdles in a time of 1:09.14.
