It took a few extra minutes but Solon kept its winning streak in tact on Tuesday night.
Solon outlasted Center Point-Urbana 67-63 in double overtime for its seventh consecutive win in a WAMAC East Division thriller in Solon.
The Spartans improved to 10-4 on the season and 5-2 in WAMAC East play with the win while avenging a 54-51 loss to Center Point-Urbana back on December 20 in Center Point.
Center Point-Urbana had a three-game winning streak snapped with the loss and dropped to 8-6 on the season and 5-2 in WAMAC East Division play.
Isaiah Zoske had a game-high 19 points to lead Solon while Caleb Bock had 14 points for the Spartans.
Maddox Kelley had nine points, Grant Gordon and Jackson Link each had eight and Nolan Seagren had seven for Solon.
Cooper Grimm led four Center Point-Urbana players in double figures with 13 points.
Lucas Lopata and Kinnick Covington had 12 points and Cayle Estling had 11 points for the Stormin’ Pointers.
