Boys Basketball Roundup: Fourth-ranked Dubuque Wahlert Rallies Past City High

Class 3A fourth-ranked Dubuque Wahlert rallied for a 39-36 win over City High on Tuesday in a Mississippi Valley Conference Valley Division contest in Iowa City.
The win was the fourth in a row for Dubuque Wahlert and improved the Golden Eagles to 8-2 on the season while City High dropped to 3-9 with its third consecutive loss.
Jack Lampe led City High with 12 points and Davion Luckett had six points for the Little Hawks.
Christoper Watkins and Ja’Vion Robinson each had five points for City High and Parker Sutherland had four.
Connor Walsh had a game-high 13 points for Dubuque Wahlert and Luke Welbes had 11 points.
