Lisbon was runner-up with a 201 and West Liberty was third with a 229.
Dee led five Solon golfers that shot 50 or better on Monday.
Mya Miller shot a 48 while Rylie Greazel, Izzy Frees and Jaya Farlinger all shot 50 for the Spartans.
“Pleasant Valley is a tough course to play, especially this early in the season,” Solon coach Curtis Hendrickson said. “It was good for our girls to see it, as it will help prepare us for tough courses down the road. Some of our girls weren’t happy with their scores, so I think that will motivate them to keep working to improve.”
Cora Boblenz shot a 61 to lead Regina.
