Liberty High pushed its winning streak to five with a 58-44 win over Waterloo West on Thursday in a Mississippi Valley Conference matchup in Waterloo.

The Lightning improved to 10-8 with the win while Waterloo West dropped to 10-12 with the loss.

Natalie Ramsey had a double-double with 12 points and 12 rebounds to lead four Liberty High players in double figures.

Kennedy Goodheart had 11 points and four rebounds and Madeline Casey had 11 points, six rebounds and two assists for the Lightning.

Haley Schroeder had 10 points, four rebounds and three assists and Bella Tafolla had six points and five assists.

Janessa Mosley had five points and six rebounds.
