Girls Basketball Roundup: Fourth-ranked Solon Downs Independence in Regular Season Finale

Class 3A fourth-ranked Solon rolled to a 71-20 win over Independence on Tuesday in a WAMAC East Division contest that was the regular season finale for both teams in Solon.
The win was the sixth straight for Solon and improved the Spartans to 18-3 on the season while Independence dropped to 3-18 with its 10th loss in a row.
Callie Levin had a game-high 24 points to lead Solon while Hailey Miller had 20 points for the Spartans.
Delainey Durr had nine points and Laeni Hinkle and Mia Stahle each had seven points for Solon.
Jaeda Rupprecht and Holly Boleyn each had six points to lead Independence.
