City High had a two-game winning streak come to an end with a 53-51 loss to Class 5A No. 14 Cedar Rapids Washington on Tuesday in a Mississippi Valley Conference Valley Division matchup in Cedar Rapids.

The Little Hawks dropped to 6-13 with the loss while Cedar Rapids Washington improved to 10-10 on the season.

Tessa Driscoll led City High with 17 points while Hattie Galloway added 10 for the Little Hawks.

Emmy McComas and Augie Palmer each had nine points for City High and Kaitlin Loria had six points.

Lily Belle Barker led four Cedar Rapids Washington players in double figures with 15 points.

Elysionna Westerfield, Samantha Becker and Ava Sales all had 10 points for the Warriors.
