Girls Basketball Roundup: 2A Fourth-ranked Regina Falls to 1A Top-ranked North Linn in Non-Conference Showdown

Class 2A fourth-ranked Regina had a five-game winning streak come to a halt on Saturday with a 53-48 loss to 1A top-ranked North Linn in a top-five showdown at Regina.
Regina dropped to 12-3 on the season with the loss while North Linn improved to 14-1 on the season with its 13th win in a row.
Morgan Miller had 14 points, seven rebounds, two assists and two steals to lead Regina while Caitlin Martin added 13 points and two rebounds.
Ella McLaughlin had 11 points and four rebounds and Alli Clark had eight points, six rebounds, four assists and three steals for Regina.
Macy Boge had a game-high 16 points to lead three North Linn players in double figures.
Kamryn Kurt had 13 points and six rebounds and Allie Haughenbury had 11 points and five rebounds for the Lynx.
