Girls Basketball Roundup: City High Drops Road Game at Western Dubuque

Western Dubuque outscored City High 19-9 in the fourth quarter on its way to a 57-51 win over the Little Hawks in a Mississippi Valley Conference Mississippi Division contest on Thursday in Epworth.
The loss was the fifth straight for City High and dropped the Little Hawks to 3-8 on the season while Western Dubuque improved to 8-6 on the year.
Tessa Driscoll had 15 points to pace three City High players in double figures.
August Palmer had 12 points, Kaitlin Loria had 10 and Hattie Galloway had eight for City High.
Karrington Asp had a double-double with 19 points and 11 rebounds to lead Western Dubuque while Kaitlyn Thole had a double-double with 10 points and 10 boards.
Carson Koerperich had 18 points and six rebounds for the Bobcats.
