Your Prep Sports 

Five Your Prep Sports area teams appear in the most recent boys cross country rankings released on Tuesday by the Iowa Association of Track Coaches.

Solon and Clear Creek Amana headline the ranked area teams coming in at No. 10 and No. 11 respectively in the Class 3A rankings.

Liberty High is No. 14 in the 4A rankings while City High entered the 4A rankings at No. 20 this week.

Regina moved up two spots to No. 12 in the Class 1A rankings.

Top-ranked teams in the week four rankings are Cedar Falls (4A), Gilbert (3A), Des Moines Christian (2A) and ACGC (1A).
